Funny, isn’t it, how the unplanned evenings turn out to be the best ones? It’s safe to say that today hasn’t ended quite how I expected, but what it did do was lead me to my first – but definitely not my last – encounter with Peruvian food. Which, in case you’re wondering, is GREAT. Really tasty, and imaginative – with plenty of vegetarian options. And, I’m pleased to report, Peruvian wine is pretty good, too.
